Remember Turkey Bowl 2009 is coming up!!
For those of you who are participating in this year’s turkey bowl event here is some information you might want to know.
1. If you want to join the Upside team please contact David Lim and let him know that you want to play. You can contact him via facebook or phone.
2. Turkey Bowl practice will officially begin this Sunday at 2:30 at Greenbriar East Elementary School. Once fellowship groups begin again, Turkey Bowl practice will be changed and announced later on. If you have issues with transportation, contact David Lim and your ride will be worked out.
3. Upside will be competing in two Turkey Bowl tournaments this year, KCPC and KFC. The KCPC tournament is on November 21st. The KFC tournament will be held on November 27 The location of the tournaments will be announced.
The sole purpose of Turkey Bowl is to have fun and join together in fellowship. This is a great opportunity to meet with other church members and build friendships. Make the effort to come out and cheer on your fellow Upside members. Remember this is a church wide event. Hope to see everyone come out and represent Upside Student Ministry.
